The hotel offers 205 stylish guest rooms and suites, 4 meeting spaces, 1 restaurant and 1 signature bar. **Duties and responsbilities of the Stewarding Team Leader include** + Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area and preventing hazards + Assisting with equipment stock takes, ordering, stores requisitioning + Assisting in all administrative duties including rotas, health inspection records and control of stores operation + Accountable for ensuring that store rooms are kept in an orderly fashion while initiating repairs and maintenance orders + Ensuring cleanliness of work areas and maintenance of various cleaning equipment is to established standards **About You** You are an organised and proactive team player with experience in stewarding or kitchen operations. You maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, support daily back-of-house tasks, and take a hands-on approach to leading others.
