What will I be doing?

 

As a Steward Supervisor, you would be responsible for supervising utility stewards, dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

 

 

Supervise, support and monitor utility stewards, dishwashers and temporary personnel to transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for restaurant serviceSupervise cleaning of work area and physical surroundingsMaintain and deliver proper inventory for food and beverage departmentsEnsure all food and equipment are delivered on time to all functions as specifiedSchedule, assign daily work, inform and train team membersMonitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performanceWhat are we looking for?
