The Assistant Executive Steward works closely with the Culinary and Food & Beverage Operations teams to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the stewarding department. This role is integral to maintaining cleanliness, organization, and safety across kitchen and food & beverage service areas. The Assistant Executive Steward assists in managing the daily functions of the department, overseeing the staff, ensuring proper equipment care, and supporting the overall quality of the food and beverage service. The position demands a strong focus on hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency, in collaboration with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
**The salary range for this position is $80,170 to $103,300. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.**

**Qualifications:**
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
· Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
· Refined verbal communication skills
· Previous leadership experience in stewarding, culinary, or food & beverage preferred
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety regulations
· Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 50 pounds)
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must have Food Handler’s Card
