Steward Team Leader (Indonesian Nationality Only)

**Description:**
The Steward Team Leader is responsible for supervising and coordinating the stewarding team to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained across all kitchen and food & beverage service areas. This role ensures efficient operations of dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, waste management, and equipment handling in line with Alila’s luxury standards and health regulations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum **2–3 years of experience** in stewarding or kitchen operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment
+ Previous experience in a **Team Leader or Supervisor role** is highly preferred
+ Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation standards, and HACCP practices
+ Good leadership skills with the ability to train, supervise, and motivate a team
+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization
+ Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle operational pressure
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
+ Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
+ Basic understanding of inventory control and chemical handling is an advantage
