With easy access to London’s landmarks, Park Hyatt London River Thames offers a perfect launchpad for guests who love curated experiences. **Duties and responsibilities related to the Steward Role** + Ensure all kitchen and Back of House (BOH) areas are kept immaculately clean, adhering to the hotels high standards. + Assist in the smooth running of kitchen operations by washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the organization of storage areas. + Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery, supporting your colleagues as needed. + Assist in implementing waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact and optimize resource use, including recycling programs. **About you** Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant is desired.
