We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Steward to support our kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards. This role is essential to the smooth and safe operation of our culinary team.
Key ResponsibilitiesWash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and waste areas
Ensure proper handling and disposal of garbage and recyclables
Assist kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Maintain organized storage of kitchen equipment and supplies
Qualifications
Previous stewarding or kitchen support experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic
