Job Description

As Steward you must adhere to hotel specifications and standards in operating the dishwashing machine to wash designated Restaurant and Kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment and Dishwashing/ Kitchen/ Cafeteria/ Compactor and Storage areas. You will further assist in washing pots, pans and other kitchen utensils. While doing so you will actively support the kitchen team, providing clean equipment. You would need to complete other special cleaning projects as assigned.

QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent vocational trainingMust have worked at least 6 months as a Steward in Hotels and RestaurantsPerform duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy and follow-throughKnowledge of proper chemical handlingStrongly committed to teamwork and customer serviceEyes for details to achieve operation excellenceStrong proficiency in Thai to ensure effective communication with team members and support daily kitchen operations.
