This is a full time, hourly level position
**Position Summary:**
+ ADM is seeking a Shift Lead for stevedoring operations. The position will work a rotating AM/PM shift.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Manage colleagues in operation of crane to facilitate the stevedoring operation
+ Insure care and housekeeping on crane is being carried out by Stevedores
+ Coordinate with vessel and barge fleets to implement vessel discharge plans
+ Complete forms associated with Shift Lead position and vessel discharges
+ Train colleagues in appropriate responsibilities and tasks
+ Safety:
+ Conduct daily and required safety meetings
+ Safety Work Permit’s
+ Insure colleagues are following company standards
+ Review and insure SOP’s and Work Instructions are being followed
+ Insure that rig personnel are completing required rig documentation
+ Inventories, inspections, logs
+ Assist in maintain inventory of ARTCo Stevedoring stock and supplies
+ Sufficient computer skills to complete job responsibilities and log submittals
**Physical Requirements:**
+ Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen and Company human performance exam (physical ability test)
+ Standing for prolonged periods of time
+ Able to lift 50lbs
+ Prolonged periods of kneeling, bending and climbing stairs/ladders
+ Ability to work near or on large bodies of water, at various heights and in confined spaces
+ Ability to climb in and out of hatches

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
