Kforce is looking for a remote experienced and proactive Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator to join our client. This is a 24/7 rotational role that includes owning escalations, coordinating across teams, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents. This role is slated for 3 months with the possibility of extension/conversion. Key Responsibilities: * Administer and maintain Company Sterling B2B Integrator environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability * Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator will design, deploy, and manage B2B integration workflows that align with business and compliance requirements * Collaborate with development and architecture teams to implement and support transformation flows using Company ITXA * Operate within containerized environments such as OpenShift or Kubernetes, utilizing Helm for deployments * Act as Duty Manager during on-call shifts: manage incidents, coordinate response efforts, engage cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers * As a Sterling B2B Integrator Administrator, you will support hybrid cloud integrations and contribute to the evolution of cloud-native architecture and automation * Develop and maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational best practices for ongoing support
