Sterilization Lab Technician

Responsible for supporting sterilization validation, microbiological testing, equipment troubleshooting, and data analysis in a regulated laboratory environment.

Requirements

Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering Technology, Applied Science, or related field

3+ years of experience in a technical lab or manufacturing environment

Familiarity with microbiological principles and sterile techniques

Proficiency with data analysis tools such as MATLAB, Python, and Excel

Strong documentation skills and ability to follow written procedures

Preferred Skills

Sterilization experience

Experience troubleshooting laboratory equipment and deviations

Background working in a regulated environment

Responsibilities

Conduct sterilization validation activities and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Perform microbiological testing and apply sterile techniques in laboratory operations

Troubleshoot laboratory equipment and document deviations

Analyze data using MATLAB, Python, or Excel and generate technical reports

Support laboratory operations by maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to established procedures



Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
