This role is ideal for experienced sterile processing technicians or someone new to the field looking to work within a high-performing, collaborative team. + A dynamic full time opportunity with exposure to a wide range of surgical and clinical equipment + Work/life balance with weekend rotation + Access to continuing education and leadership support + Inclusive culture grounded in teamwork, trust, and shared purpose What You'll Do + Provide clean, properly packaged, sterile instruments and supplies to meet individual team needs + Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments What We're Looking For + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. + Experience: One year of experience in a hospital Sterile Reprocessing Department, preferred. + Licensure/Certification: Sterile Reprocessing Tech certification, required. CBSPD, CRCST or CSPDT, required. + Additional Skills (required): Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency testing. Demonstrates knowledge of instrumentation and sterile/aseptic technique. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions to assemble instrument sets and trays.
