We are looking for a dedicated Sterile Processing Technician like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** As the Central Sterile Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining competent care delivery to patients in our perioperative settings. Our team works together like a family, and we are looking for someone who feels patient care is as meaningful as we do. In this role: + You will assemble all necessary equipment and supplies to meet patient and surgeon needs. + You will use microbiology, instrumentation, and hand cleaning techniques for equipment and machines. + You will print an appropriate doctor’s preference list, assemble case carts, and fill in requisitions. + You will display team spirit by assisting with special project assignments. + You will be responsible for operating sterilizers, aerators, and their monitoring cleaning. **Qualifications:** + Successful completion of a program for operating room **preferred.** + CRCST certification **required within 1 year of hire date** **.** + Familiarity with knowledge of medical supplies is **highly preferred** **.** + Prior experience is not required but is **preferred.** **Lakeview Hospital: Where Compassion Meets Excellence** Lakeview Hospital (https://lakeviewhospital.com/) is a 125+ bed community hospital located in Bountiful, Utah, just north of Salt Lake City.
