training program is utilized Responsible for documenting cadence and attendance training compliance reporting and facilitates training classes Observes and educates the personnel performing Sterile Processing functions Runs a rigorous training and development program for new SPS staff as well as a remediation program for existing staff Educates employees on proper infection prevention procedures
