Ensures that the HHC standardized training program is utilized Responsible for documenting cadence and attendance training compliance reporting and facilitates training classes Observes and educates the personnel performing Sterile Processing functions Runs a rigorous training and development program for new SPS staff as well as a remediation program for existing staff Educates employees on proper infection prevention procedures for decontamination sterilization storage transportation of equipment sterile supplies and instrumentssets utilized across HHC hospitals and surgical centersWork
