Summary:** + High frequency of interaction: Talent Acquisition, BHR, BI team + Working location: Flemington, 182 Le Dai Hanh St., Dis 11 **2. Core job responsibilities:** + Collaborate with recruiters to understand data needs and insights + Collect and clean recruitment data from various sources (Workday, excel files) + Build reports to track hiring progress (e.g., vacancies, hiring status, time-to-hire) + Assist in automating recurring reports and improving data workflows + Present findings and recommendations to the TA team **II -** **MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **1. Core Skill Requirement** + Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specially: Excel & PowerPoint + Basic in PowerBI & Data Analytics + Good at communication skill + Good at English **2.
