Für unseren Store im Havelpark Dallgow suchen wir ab sofort einen stellvertretenden Filialleiter / Deputy Manager / stellvertretenden Store Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit ab 30 Std. pro Woche.

Einarbeitung, Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung des Teams 

Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen 

Personaleinsatzplanung 

Vertretung der Filialleitung 

Dein Profil: 

Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel, der Gastronomie, im Hotel oder ähnlichen Bereichen mit Kundenkontakt 

Kaufmännisches Denken und Handeln 

Führungserfahrung, idealerweise von größeren Teams  

Hands-On Mentalität 

Hohe Lern- und Leistungsbereitschaft, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit 

Stellvertretender Marktleiter, Abteilungsleiter, Department Manager, Substitut
