Our client, a leader in the steel manufacturing industry, is seeking versatile and dedicated individuals to join their team in Vandalia, MO. We are hiring for General Laborers, Machine Operators, and Welders.  In a Steel Manufacturing Role, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Steel Manufacturing Roles

Location: Vandalia, MO

Pay Range: $20/HR - $22/HR with an increase in 60 days

Shift: M-F 8am - 4:30pm and 12pm - 9pm

What's the Job?

Perform general labor tasks in a manufacturing environment Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Weld, grind, drill, and handle metal fabrication processes Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage Feed materials into machines and remove finished products

What's Needed?

No prior experience required; training provided Ability to lift and handle heavy materials Strong work ethic and attention to safety Reliable and punctual attendance Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles
