Job Summary Job Summary

The STEAM Lab Teacher is responsible for leading activities and projects in the STEAM Lab for 6-8th grade students. STEAM Lab activities include but are not limited to 3-D printing, circuits, robotics, basic electronics, coding, art and design. The STEAM Lab Teacher will be responsible for bringing curriculum and project ideas to the STEAM Lab in addition to using curricula that uses a STEAM approach to learning and that adheres to California NexGen Science State Standards. The STEAM Lab Teacher must provide an exceptional educational program for pupils in grades 6-8th, as outlined in the California Standards for the Teaching Profession, and assist in other school programs as assigned.

EDUCATION: -Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED LICENSES / CERTIFICATES: -Valid California single subject science teaching credential -English Language Learner Authorization -CPR/First Aid (provided by Ingenium post-hire)
