Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant Background in Western cuisine, ideally within hotels or standalone restaurants Prior experience in a steakhouse or grill-focused concept strongly preferred Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster teamwork, clear communication, and staff motivation In-depth knowledge of food cost management and operational efficiency Track record in building, training, and developing high-performing kitchen teams
