Roles and Objectives

 

As a Statistician for QA Lab Monitoring, you will deploy, under the guidance of the Lead, the monitoring program of PMI worldwide testing laboratories (conventional and SFPs) for defined critical methods. You will also support the regular comparison of internal laboratories versus supplier laboratories through the Interlaboratory Comparison Testing (ICT) program.  

   

Your Responsibilities:  

   

Monitor and analyze, under the guidance of the Lead, the performance of PMI worldwide testing laboratories (CC and SFPs) and supplier laboratories when applicable;

Apply Quality Management System (QMS) monitoring criteria to identify trends, deviations, and risks;

Execute Interlaboratory Comparison Testing (ICT) activities with PMI testing laboratories and supplier participants in accordance with ISO 17025 and ISO 17043 requirements, applicable regulations, and defined business needs;

Deploy the monitor test piece portfolio. Liaise with statisticians and relevant functions to align on the definition of appropriate study designs and contribute to the deployment of new monitors, dashboards, and monitoring tools;

Support inspections and audits related to laboratory performance by providing relevant analyses, documentation, and technical inputs.


Who we’re looking for:  

   

2-4 years experience in in Laboratory or Quality Performance Monitoring, including data analysis and reporting in a regulated or structured environment (R software preferable);

Advanced degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Science, or related field (preferred);

Strong understanding of laboratory standards, systems, and operating principles;

Basic knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements (i.e. ISO 9001 or ISO 17025);

Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Bi, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook);Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
