Station Manager

Position: Station Manager 

Core Responsibilities & Duties:   

Facilitate business development and sales growth for station   Meet and exceed company goals including revenue, gross profit, EBITA, FTE count, etc.  Hire and train warehouse, airfreight, and ocean freight personnel to support all current and new business needs  Maintain all aspects of the day-to-day operations for the station including safety and security   Create and distribute performance reports to management team on a monthly basis or as requested  Collaborate with other stations in the worldwide to implement and execute successful customer centric solutions  Other duties as assigned 
 

Job Requirements & Qualifications:  

Experience with CargoWise Transportation Management system (Certified is a plus)   Airfreight, ocean freight, and warehouse management experience   Minimum ten (10) years logistics industry experience  Previous leadership experience within the logistics industry  Proficient with Profit & Loss statements and other financial acumen  Ability to create and maintain a positive work environment that supports growth, successful execution, and results  Excellent verbal and written communication skills  Multiple languages such as Spanish & Portuguese is a plus
