The ideal candidate MUST have a master or doctorate degree in a human related field as well as

be a Board Certfied Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

 

Candidate should expect to provide direct oversight and supervision to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs and Behavior Technicians.

Provide behavioral support services, social skills programming and/or skill acquisition goals to

consumers with ASD and/or behavioral support service needs.

Responsibilities Assessment, evaluation, training and education, program planning, support services and clinical services to consumers, families and/or staffProvides behavioral evaluations, acts as liaison for psychiatric supports, participates in on-going assessments, develops, and monitors behavioral intervention plans, meets with clients and their families, responds to emergencies, prepares, and submits written reports regularly, maintains caseload files, and participates as a member of multi-disciplinary and professional teamsProvides staff/family training on implemented programsReviews all Functional Behavior Assessments/Behavior Support Plans prior to implementationConduct home/community visits and consumer supervision as neededEnsure all FBAs and behavior support plans are current and contain appropriate measurable goalsSit on Interdisciplinary Team Meetings and psychiatric appointments as neededMaintain billable hours spreadsheetEnsure that all staff are maximizing hours and meeting productivity for each given clientConduct weekly meetings with each BCBA:Review billable hours spreadsheets and discuss productivityReview weekly scheduling of techniciansDiscuss cases on caseloadReview supervision session notesTrack and ensure 5% supervision are metReview goal progress for each childIdentify key milestone regarding each case (reassessment dates, insurance requirements, etc.)Create and maintain satisfaction surveys to identify key performance indicators that may need improvementCreate and conduct in-services focused on key performance indicators that need improvementMonitor, track and maintain all required certification documentation for each staff member according to job duties:
BCBAs recertification data & supervisor trainingRBTs renewal datesProvides support for BCBAs regarding scheduling coverage to ensure productivity is being metStay current with updates to State and Federal Regulations regarding services providedIn-services behavior clinician(s) on all changes made to regulationsReviews all billing for BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs and Behavior Technicians on a minimum the 15th and last day of each monthEnsure all notes are uploaded with correct supporting documentationEnsure that all notes are finalized with the correct timeEnsure each client is within appropriate utilizationParticipates in community activities statewide that will lead to company growth, including but not limited to:Meet with potential consumers and familiesAttend community functions that are geared for potential recruitment and program developmentMeet with school districts to provide current information on Spring Health Behavioral Health and Integrated Care ServicesExplore other funding sources ex: Early Intervention, Department of Education Services, etc.Other duties as assigned by State Director
