State Services Administrator

**Job Overview**
Under guidance, controls the report generation process and provides guidance and support to clients daily or as a specialist on specific products/services.
**Essential Functions**
+ Ensures the contract fulfillment to specifications of basic and routine reports for defined customers.
+ Reviews client data requirements with the appropriate internal resources to ensure that basic product deliverables meet the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
+ Follows IQVIA data verification protocols.
+ Researches, analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature.
+ Managing SharePoint site by providing access to and removing access from the site.
+ Updating eRegMonitor content on the SharePoint site.
+ Work closely with our Puerto Rico contact regarding client files, including saving files to our SharePoint site and providing access to clients for site.
+ QC and format files for publication of eRegMonitor product.
+ Organizing files in the Richmond office.
+ Sending packages out for fellow team members.
+ Receiving Mail and Managing the mail log.
+ Ordering checks and maintaining the check log.
+ Work closely with internal and external clients on technical issues – helping to troubleshoot and to escalate as necessary.
+ Managing access to MOVEit, Xen, SharePoint, and the Licensing Hub for both internal and external clients as applicable.
+ Run weekly metrics for the licensing team.
+ Run monthly/quarterly/year-end billing reports (PODS).
+ Help reconcile credit card charges, and billing errors.
**Requirements**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
+ Experience in an IQVIA role or pharmaceutical experience preferred.
+ Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
+ Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar role.
+ Knowledge of the SharePoint sites and managing access.
+ Proficient with technology to assist clients with troubleshooting.
+ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work closely with people at all levels of the organization.
+ Demonstrated ability and desire to improve individual performance and advance the efficiency and effectiveness of the department

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $42,700.00 - $106,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
