Analyze the customer’s requirement and ensure that the outcomes are delivered on time, follows high quality standards, and meets customer’s expectations.Researches, analyzes and responds to client inquiries that are routine in nature.Takes responsibility for the quality of service delivered to clients to ensure clients obtain maximum value from services.Ensures excellent customer service from team members on State Licensing team.Ensures the team's adherence to state filing deadlines.Handles billing and related inquiries.Manages members of State Licensing team.Requirements

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $49,500.00 - $124,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
