Job Responsibilities Overall Job Mandate
1. Establish Service infra and network at JC/JP level
2. Ensure Home Connect and Home Assist are carried out within quality
and SLAs
3. Drive productivity of Home Care technicians
4. Replicate best practices - bring about healthy competition for WIN
WIN situation in service delivery
Key Responsibilities
1. End to End customer life management : Connect, Solution offering,
Care
2. Execute Home Care processes and plans (Plan Vs Actual)
3. Field Service readiness for Home Connect Care at JC/ JP (Manpower,
Tools, Equipment`s , Training & Validation, uniform)
4. Ownership Approach in Team : Proactive Working , solution mindset,
System based working
5. Field Visit to check the pulse of installation Quality and adherence
to Working Guidelines
6. Support to JC team for ensuring smooth functioning of operations -
materials / consumables
7. Cross-function collaboration to ensure seamless execution of home
care operations.
8. Escalation Management : Analyze customer issues and initiating
corrective action leading to inputs for Training module enhancement
9. Ensure manpower movement across JC for optimum utilization of
resources.
10. Market Intelligence / Competition Benchmarking
BE/ B.tech /MBA
Experience Requirement10 - 12 years
