What you will do:

Drive state sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and grow market share in the Joint Replacement segment. Build strong relationships with surgeons, dealers, and distributors to expand business opportunities. Execute product launch plans and marketing initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.

What you need:

Graduate/Post-graduate/MBA in any discipline At least 10-15 years sales and marketing experience (preferred medical capital) with minimum 2-3 years or people manager experience. Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management.
