This program is designed to accelerate your development into a future leader who will shape the company and advance its purpose: "Doing now what patients need next." To support your accelerated career path, the program provides extensive resources for your success. You will benefit from rotations, mentorship, direct engagement with senior leaders in China and global teams, and a systematic capability-building program to fast-track your professional development. The program includes the following development journeys within Roche China Pharma’s key functions: 1) Customer Engagement - Marketing, 2) Medical, and 3) Market Access (National Market Access NMA, Multi-Channel & Ecosystem Partnering MCE, Hospital Key Account HKA). Each journey has distinct development goals and rotation plans. Candidates should apply for the specific development journey that aligns with their career interests and educational background. **As a Management Trainee of the program, you will be expected to:** + Actively engage in program rotations, completing assigned tasks and meeting learning objectives set by your rotation managers. + Proactively leverage your expertise and business knowledge to contribute to patient-centric and customer-focused outcomes. + Think like an entrepreneur, connecting insights to create value, prioritize key investments, and make informed business decisions. + Take charge of your own development, continuously building skills and capabilities that align with your career goals and organizational needs. + Demonstrate flexibility regarding relocation assignments and business travel as required by the program. **In the** **Market Access - National Market Access (NMA)** **development journey, you are expected to:** + Understand the full picture of market access with availability, affordability and accessibility perspectives. + Navigate the healthcare system from both public and private sector perspectives. + Develop innovative access pathways to foster synergy between healthcare providers and commercial health insurance. + Assist in setting up central strategy on market access including public and private sectors, public health etc. with profound knowledge about policy trends and market data insights. + Design and develop economic and other relevant value evidence to demonstrate the product value proposition, and support access and commercial needs, e.g. public and private reimbursement or hospital operation optimization. + Plan relevant projects and activities or build up effective management systems and operation procedures according to business needs. + Collaborates with highly matrixed cross-functional teams. **Requirements** **(NMA)** + Master’s graduates or PhD, majoring in public health, public policy, pharmacy, insurance or actuary, pharmacoeconomics, epidemiology, or business management are preferred; + Be in the early stage of your career: you are expected to graduate between July 1st, 2025 and June 30th, 2026, with no full-time work experience yet; + Match Roche values of integrity, passion and courage; + Resonate by Roche Purpose - “Doing now what patients need next”; + Have a growth mindset, be bold to take risks and try new things (e.g. digital and other innovative technologies), willing to learn and adopt new skills into work; + Be an authentic team player with great courage to take challenges and always stay in a high integrity manner; + Pursue career development in the commercial field and be willing to take challenging roles and work under pressure; + Have exceptional structured problem-solving, strategic analytical and agility skills; + Have excellent communication & interpersonal skills; + Be able to work flexibly, in a self-organized and well-coordinated manner in a very dynamic environment + Have a global mindset and think beyond boundaries; + Show strong leadership potential and have the ambition to take on a leadership position in the commercial area in the near future; + Demonstrate a fluent English level in both speaking and writing. **Who we are** A healthier future drives us to innovate.
