Humana seeks a strategic and results-driven Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) Program Delivery Lead to develop, manage, and oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness across various HOS matrix teams across survey administration and data teams. This position tracks and monitors metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities, barriers, and insights helping to define targeting strategies for member & provider populations. In addition, this team is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activates to achieve successful survey administration of all types. The successful candidate will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, where team and matrix partners are empowered to identify and eliminate waste, driving sustainable operational excellence. The goal of this role is optimizing processes, change management, and resources to deliver exceptional value to our HOS program.

The Data Collection & Insights Delivery HOS Program Delivery Lead will work to develop a survey administration and data insights strategy that supports the improvement of health outcomes within our Medicare population. This role will lead and coordinate survey administration strategy & science, performance trend status updates to leadership, build and maintain data insights library and impact to results on the Medicare Health Outcomes Survey. This role will advise executives and senior leadership to develop functional strategies that broadly impact the Medicare Stars program. This role will also deepen partnerships with data and analytics organizations to further strategic use of data, insights and initiative tracking or performance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Implement regular reporting for HOS initiatives, KPIs, and investments
+ Develop and communicate HOS key metrics and goals across all programs
+ Coordinate and define high priority populations, segmentation, and targeting logic
+ Optimize administration for all HOS surveys
+ Coordinate & organize ingestion of all HOS data points for strategy
+ Develop and maintain key HOS insights library
+ Coordinate and manage analytics requests, status updates, and communication plans
+ Oversee HOS surveys administration, execution, survey science, program communication plan, escalate concerns when appropriate

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree
+ Minimum 7 years of healthcare technology, program management/delivery, survey administration and/or survey analytics
+ Demonstrated success in data management or survey administration leading cross-functional teams through influence
+ Excellent communication, leadership, influence, and stakeholder management skills
+ Proficiency with Excel
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Master’s degree
+ Experience designing data collection strategy
+ Experience with Medicare CAHPS and/or HOS

**Pay Range**
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
