Located inside one of New Orleans’ premier hotels and steps from the Superdome, this high‑volume operation requires a hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment. If you’re driven, organized, and committed to motivating a team while delivering the Starbucks brand promise, this role gives you the opportunity to shine. **This is a licensed Starbucks store, and you will be employed by Hyatt.** **What You’ll Do** + Oversee daily store operations, including **opening and/or closing duties** + Lead and support the Starbucks team with coaching, training, and ongoing development + Manage staffing needs including **scheduling, payroll, and labor management** + Handle **ordering, inventory, and product forecasting** to ensure proper stock levels + Maintain Starbucks brand standards for service, cleanliness, organization, and customer experience + Drive sales and revenue through effective leadership, product knowledge, and operational excellence + Serve as the hotel’s representative and liaison with the **Starbucks Regional Manager** + Foster a positive team culture focused on service, communication, and consistency + Ensure all Starbucks and Hyatt policies, food safety guidelines, and operational procedures are followed + Address and resolve guest concerns professionally At Hyatt, **we care for people so they can be their best** — and that includes every colleague who joins our team.
