Starbucks Manager, Kennedy Space Center

The opportunityDelaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Starbucks Manager to join our team at the Kennedy Space Center in Merritt Island, Florida. Minimum \u2013 Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $46,100 - $62,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability Ensure guest needs are met, complaints are resolved, and service is quick and efficient Develop and implement standards of quality and performance in all phases of the food service operation  Oversee sanitation requirements to maintain compliance  Make sure all menus and products are to a standard to effectively maximize sales and profitability Operate a motorized vehicle when necessary

More about youBachelor’s degree preferred   Minimum of 4 years of experience in food and beverage operations with a minimum of 1 year of management experience Knowledge of accounting and cost controls Serve Safe Certified   Familiar with revenue sales and department budgetsMust have a valid driver’s license
