Stakeholder Services Relationship Manager / AVP

**Responsibilities:**
+ Review and provide insights on metrics and Inquiry Management processes. Deep understanding on SNOW and how metrics and calculations are done, reports and dashboards.
+ Build reports to provide visibility on the operations numbers, SLA, etc. Strong knowledge on SNOW.
+ Perform Data Analytics, strong data analytics drive and able to work with Management.
+ Understand basics of systems programming to build customized reports for the business.
+ Create Global, Region, Country, Daily Reporting Dashboard (including Ad Hoc) to include all daily results.
+ Translate the business needs into data requirements and documents when needed.
+ Supports ad-hoc global reporting requests, support the operation on dashboards, metrics and reporting , numbers and SLAs for MORs presentations.
+ Be a source of options and solution for management and propose report options, as expert. Explore potential ideas and solutions for specific asks/needs. Open minded to asks that might seem very difficult or complex and search alternative solutions.
**Qualifications:**
+ 5-8 years of relevant experience
+ Experience with automated end-to-end sourcing tools
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office
+ Ability and experience working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
+ Proven organization and time management skills
+ Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
