Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Stakeholder Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are effectively managed throughout project lifecycles.

Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies aligned with organizational goalsIdentify, analyze, and prioritize stakeholders, mapping their interests and influenceFacilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholdersManage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts to maintain positive relationshipsConduct regular stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather feedback and address concernsCollaborate with project teams to ensure stakeholder requirements are integrated into project plansMonitor and report on stakeholder sentiment and engagement levelsDevelop and maintain stakeholder management documentation and databasesIdentify and mitigate potential risks related to stakeholder relationshipsRepresent the organization at industry events and forums to build and maintain stakeholder networks

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in stakeholder management or a similar roleProven track record of successful stakeholder engagement in complex projectsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder groupsStrong negotiation and conflict resolution abilitiesProficiency in stakeholder management software (e.g., Stakeholder Circle, Jira)Solid project management skills and experienceExpertise in stakeholder mapping and analysis techniquesKnowledge of risk management principles and practicesUnderstanding of corporate governance and sustainability practicesFamiliarity with local business culture and practices in the UAEProject Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiesDemonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence decision-makers
