Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly organized and efficient Stakeholder Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, and supporting project initiatives across the organization.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and events with stakeholdersPrepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action itemsManage stakeholder communication channels and ensure timely dissemination of informationMonitor and report on stakeholder engagement activities and their outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align stakeholder interests with organizational goalsIdentify and mitigate potential risks or conflicts related to stakeholder relationshipsMaintain accurate and up-to-date stakeholder databases and contact informationAssist in the development of stakeholder engagement strategies and plansSupport the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for stakeholder communicationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field3-5 years of experience in stakeholder coordination or similar role within a corporate environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with project management toolsDemonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and relationship buildingProblem-solving and conflict resolution skillsUnderstanding of corporate governance and stakeholder relationsKnowledge of business operations and organizational structuresAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environmentFluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirableProject Management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferredAdditional InformationAbout AECOM
