La Direction Commerciale & Marketing Western Europe d’OTIS recherche un(e) stagiaire Business Analyst pour accompagner l'équipe dans le suivi de la performance commerciale et l’animation des équipes sur le périmètre Western Europe.

Stage de 4 mois à partir de mars 2026.

​Poste basé à Nanterre Université. Déplacements ponctuels possibles en France.

Au quotidien, vos missions seront les suivantes :

1. Analyse et performance commerciale

Étude du marché Western Europe : segmentation, typologie produits, tendances…

Suivi de la performance des Key Accounts via la création de scorecards

Analyse et traitement des leads commerciaux et identification de pistes d’amélioration

 

2. Animation commerciale

Contribution aux animations mensuelles auprès des ingénieurs commerciaux

Participation à des formations pour les équipes internes relatives aux outils et à la data

 

3. Données et outils

Développement et l’amélioration des dashboards Power BI, en lien avec l’IT.

Contribution à la fiabilisation et à l’enrichissement des données commerciales

 

Projets transverses : appui au développement des offres environnementales OTIS, création de fiches produits ou fiches clients destinées aux équipes commerciales, ...

 

Ce dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir:

Étudiant(e) Bac+4/5 en école de commerce ou d’Ingénieurs.

Première expérience en environnement commercial ou data appréciée

Maîtrise d’Excel et PowerPoint indispensable. La connaissance de Power BI ou d’un CRM est un atout

Anglais niveau B2 minimum

Qualités recherchées : rigueur, sens de l’analyse, aisance relationnelle, curiosité et proactivité
