Nous cherchons à apporter de l’innovation au secteur hospitalier en mettant nos clients en relation avec notre écosystème de start-ups. **Quelques exemples de missions** que nous pouvons mener : dimensionnement d’un service de soins, amélioration de la qualité du suivi des patients après une chirurgie, optimisation de l’organisation du bloc opératoire, développement du réseau d’adressage, digitalisation du parcours patient … · **Equipe** **:** Vous serez intégré(e) comme stagiaire analyste au sein d’une équipe de 15 personnes et serez rattaché(e) à un chef de projet, qui vous accompagnera tout au long de vos missions. · **Durée** **: stage plein temps de 6 mois** à partir de février 2026. · **Lieu** **:** le poste est basé à **Paris (75014)** , avec des déplacements ponctuels à prévoir en fonction des projets. **LES MISSIONS PROPOSÉES :** L’offre que nous proposons combine trois dimensions : **1.** **Appui analytique aux projets de transformation hospitalière** Votre principale tâche sera de travailler sur les projets de nos clients avec un chef de projet. Concrètement, vous : + Traiterez des données issues de questionnaires, de bases de données hospitalières ou d’outils digitaux + Réaliserez des analyses d’activité de nos clients, d’études de marché, de benchmarks + Créerez et adapterez en fonction des besoins du client des tableaux de bord dynamiques (Excel, PowerBI) **2. Appui à la préparation et la réalisation des missions de conseil en organisation** En second lieu, vous participerez dès la phase d’avant-vente jusqu’à la réalisation de la mission, et vous : + Appuierez l’équipe commerciale sur le recueil et l’analyse de données pour comprendre le profil des hôpitaux prospectés : analyses d’activité, études des parts de marché + Participerez à la formalisation des livrables : rapports, synthèses, supports de présentation + Modéliserez des parcours patients ou de nouvelles organisations et préparerez des supports d’aide à la décision pour les clients **3. Participation au grandissement interne de l’équipe** Enfin, vous participerez à l’effort de structuration de l’équipe, et vous : + Contribuerez à la standardisation de nos méthodologies et de nos outils (Excel, VBA, PowerBI) + Appuierez l’effort de communication de nos réussites en interne et en externe de Medtronic + Participerez à l’effort de veille documentaire et technique **LE PROFIL QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS ?** + Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation en ingénierie, informatique, école de commerce, sciences pour la santé, gestion de projets ou domaines connexes + Vous maitrisez les outils d’analyse de données comme **Excel,** VBA et PowerBI sont un plus; + Vous avez un **profil analytique, êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se)** et savez faire preuve d’un esprit de synthèse + Vous êtes **intéressé(e) par le secteur de la santé** et ses grands enjeux - une expérience en santé serait un plus ; + **Curieux et dynamique** , vous avez un bon sens relationnel et savez prendre des initiatives ; + **A l’écoute des autres** , vous valorisez l’humilité et êtes attentif(ve) aux besoins de votre interlocuteur.
