Wat ga je doen?

Als stagiair bij ons Residential Team word je een volwaardig teamlid dat:

Ondersteunt bij vastgoedwaarderingen - Vooral voor woningcorporaties en particuliere eigenaren.Marktonderzoek uitvoert - Van woningmarkttrends tot lokale ontwikkelingen.Bezichtigingen bijwoont - Leer het vak door praktijkervaring op te doen.Data analyseert - Draag bij aan professionele taxatierapporten.Administratief ondersteunt - Houd databases actueel en bereid documenten voor.

Wat breng je mee?Studie: HBO/WO richting Vastgoed, Bedrijfskunde, Finance of vergelijkbaar.Vaardigheden: Sterke analytische skills en oog voor detail.Software: Gevorderde kennis van Microsoft Office (vooral Excel).Persoonlijkheid: Zelfstandig, teamspeler en gepassioneerd door vastgoed.Communicatie: Uitstekende Nederlandse en Engelse beheersing.
