Position Purpose:

The role ensures the proper functioning of facilities in compliance with standards of efficiency, safety, and sustainability.

Main Responsibilities:

Support the operational management of company premises (offices, warehouses, common areas).Management of relationships with the Tenants and with the subjects appointed by the Tenents, in relation to technical and maintenance aspects;Monitor external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, utilities).Assist in planning and monitoring routine and extraordinary maintenance.Manage internal requests or direct reports.Support to Property Managers in the preparation of an ordinary and extraordinary budget.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.Contribute to improvement or renovation projects.Update technical documentation (layouts, floor plans, manuals).Prepare periodic reports and KPIs related to facility management activities.Support for user data collection.

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Management, or related fields.Alternatively, a technical diploma with relevant experience.

Experience:

Any experience in a similar role or related field (including internships).

Technical Skills:

Basic knowledge of building systems (electrical, HVAC, fire safety).Familiarity with facility management tools and CAD/BIM software (preferred).Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.Knowledge of HSE regulations (e.g., EU/local standards)

Language:

Fluent in Italian.Technical English for communication with suppliers and documentation.

Accuracy and attention to detail.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Flexibility and team-oriented attitude.Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
