Summary: To coordinate all technical and guest aspects of a live entertainment production

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Work as a member of the area as needed.Demonstrate the ability communicate well, think quickly in pressure situations.Maintain overall stage cleanliness in a safe an efficient manner.Assist Team Members and guests in a problem-solving mannerPerform sound checks daily, troubleshoot and do minor maintenanceHelp the cast daily to maintain top quality shows and performancesEnsure all aspects of the stage is prepped and in operation order for each performance.Operate the technical equipment for each showQ-lab, Hog, and Audio Mixing experience is desired.Meet and greet guests in a friendly and positive manner at all timesComplete reports, maintenance reports, and training records as necessaryEnsure all employees adhere to set schedules, including clocking in/out for shifts and breaksMust adhere to the grooming codeDevelop appropriate paperwork to run show by opening day of show.Complete other departmental duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:Minimum Age: 18Shifts are dependent upon Show needsMust have a valid Driver’s LicenseMust be able to stand/walk for the length of the shiftMust be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditionsMust be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitudeMust have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
