Job Description Faststream Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Stage Manager to join a prestigious luxury ocean cruise line. This is a chance to play a leading role in delivering world-class entertainment onboard.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage all rehearsals, shows, and entertainment productions onboard Lead and coordinate stage crew, performers, and technical teams Ensure the smooth running of backstage operations, props, lighting, and sound Maintain safety standards and company compliance during all performances Act as the main link between performers, technical staff, and entertainment management Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Stage Manager/Production Manager/Entertainment Technical manager on board a Cruise ship.  Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Solid technical knowledge of stage operations and production management Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Valid STCW, C1D Visa, and Seagoing Medical and availability to join in October 2025 Benefits:
