Stage Concepteur Pédagogique

We are growing! We are currently looking to hire a Stage Concepteur Pédagogique in our Paris office for a 6-month internship to support the launch of our new digital Learning platform CXG LEARN.

What you will be doing:

As a Stage Concepteur Pédagogique, you will play a vital role in supporting our Academy Team to deliver innovative and immersive training content on CXG Learn—our first all-in-one digital learning platform. This platform is designed specifically for our luxury retail clients, empowering their front-line teams—sales advisors, store managers, and trainers—with engaging, interactive learning experiences that elevate the retail experience. It’s a pioneering project and a high-priority initiative for 2025, marking CXG’s first major step into digital learning.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Content Creation Manager, contributing to a comprehensive library of training content tailored to the needs of luxury retail. The modules will cover essential themes such as retail experience, the art of selling, luxury retail management, and retail performance.

Responsibilities:

1- Needs Analysis and Scoping:

Contribute to the analysis of clients’ training needs. Identify learning objectives with the support of the tutor.

2- Instructional Design:

Support the creation of training paths (classroom, e-learning, blended learning). Participate in the development of storyboards and instructional scenarios. Adapt content according to the target audience.

3- Content Production:

Select and design learning resources (videos, quizzes, infographics, etc.). Produce e-learning modules using authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Autrice, etc.). Create media elements using digital and AI tools (Heygen, Canva Pro, etc.). Contribute to defining the digital graphic identity of the modules.

4- Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

Test developed modules and gather feedback. Suggest Learning and technical adjustments.

5- Research and Innovation:

Conduct competitive intelligence (digital learning, digital tools, innovative learning methods).

6- Project Management:

Contribute to training project planning and monitoring.
