Role and Responsibilities

Key contributor to the deployment direct staffing program for the SEA Networks DivisionOverseeing deployment staffing needs of internal customer teamsSupporting all program reporting, MBR's, monthly market reviews and PMO meetingsLiaising with SEA vendors to fill requirements in a timely mannerManage the deployment, tracking and recovery of assetsRecommend process and program improvements to the deployment direct staffing lead as program evolvesProcessing and ensuring all required documentation is received for on-boardingAct as the point of contact and communicate project start/end dates, extensions, replacements to vendorsPerform necessary program audits, including timesheets, assets, expenses, etc.Troubleshoot all vendor problems and present to management as requiredEnsure to track, report and provide feedback on vendor performanceLiaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectivesMake certain that clients’ needs are met as the project evolvesMonitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participantsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsUse project management tools: Fieldglass to monitor working hours, budget, plans and money spend, in concert with internal customer and other teamsUpdate internal and customer databases and toolsSchedule and track timelines for all awarded Services compared to forecasts, for the awarded servicesReport and coordinate escalations as necessary, both internally and externallyProgram coordination and governance-related activities including daily, weekly, monthly reporting (team consolidation)Ensuring that identified systems, tools, databases, and the data repository, including Fieldglass, are updated accurately and timely, in accordance with the Contract Documents

Key Responsibilities

Support end to end staffing life cycle (requisition fulfillment, onboarding /off boarding, extensions, etc.)Interface with SEA hiring managers, SEA Directors, IT and GHR teams, and staffing vendorsManage issuance and tracking of deployed assets for program usersProficient daily user of SAP Fieldglass platform

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Associates degree or equivalent work experience (Bachelor’s Degree Preferred)5-7 years of relevant industry experience (data analysis, coordination, etc.)Strong Technical Skills in math, statistics, and data analysisGood analytical skills to compile information into useful reports and presentationsThis position requires good oral and written communication skillsProficient in the areas of Microsoft Standard Office Suite (Excel Expertise Required)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree5+ years of relevant industry experience (data analysis, coordination, etc.)Good analytical skills to compile information into useful reports and presentationsGood oral and written communication skillsProficient in the areas of Microsoft Standard Office Suite (Excel Expertise Required)SAP Fieldglass experience a plus
