**Staffing Coordinator – Hospice House**
**Full Time | Variable Schedule**
**Salary Range: $23.18 – $34.72 (DOE)**

We are seeking a **Staffing Coordinator** to join our Hospice House team, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our caregivers are supported with accurate, efficient, and timely staffing and scheduling.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Prepare and maintain unit schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies and bargaining agreements.
+ Serve as a resource to managers and supervisors for efficient use of the staffing/scheduling system.
+ Communicate effectively with staff and leadership regarding scheduling needs, updates, and compliance issues.
+ Support payroll processes by reconciling attendance data, verifying timesheets, and ensuring accurate caregiver records.
+ Partner with leadership to analyze staffing patterns and provide productivity and statistical reports.
+ May coordinate education schedules or assist with transfer center functions depending on community needs.
+ Perform other administrative support duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum 1 year of home health, hospice, or equivalent healthcare staffing/scheduling experience required.
+ 2+ years of hospital staffing, scheduling, or time/attendance recording experience preferred.
+ Strong customer service background in a healthcare setting preferred.
+ Prior secretarial or administrative support experience preferred.
+ College coursework in business, healthcare, or a related field a plus.
