Staffing Administrator
Mistras Group Inc. is in search of an Staffing Administrator to support our La Porte, TX Office

The Staffing Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support and is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office.  Duties will include phone coverage, document handling, scheduling, and other various administrative duties.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

Coordinate and maintain records of new hires. Assist in maintaining records of all employees. Processing new hires including managing on-line applications Communicating company benefits to new and existing employees Conducting background checks Managing initial and random drug & alcohol screening Managing employee data sheets required for periodic wage increases Managing employee terminations (non-HR) Work closely with Recruiting and QA Departments during employee onboarding process Review of NDE reports for corrections (Clerical)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

 High School Diploma minimum. General mathematical knowledge is required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word or similar programs. Preferred knowledge of UKG or other HCM programs Must have strong organizational skills.
