This role is based in our Batam facility and offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative technologies in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. **What you will be doing:** + Lead the implementation of new product test solutions and ensure smooth transition to mass production. + Drive test efficiency, coverage improvements, and downtime reduction initiatives. + Provide technical guidance to technicians on test station software, debugging, and maintenance procedures. + Estimate and implement new test technologies, including compliance with NUDD requirements. + Support BO2 activities and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve testing challenges. **What we are looking:** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronic Science, Information Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related fields. + Minimum 6 years of experience in testing and manufacturing of mobile phones, tablets, or other smart devices. + Strong understanding of baseband, RF, audio, display, camera, and other smart device functions in a production test environment. + Proficient in GR&R, CP/CPK, NTF, and FTY methodologies. + Good command of English (CET-4 or above) in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. **Additional Locations** : * Indonesia * Indonesia
