Staff Technical Project Manager, EA Release Management is responsible for the planning and coordination of successful software and system deployments in Cytiva ERP Systems, Oracle and SAP.

 

This position reports to the Director - Enterprise Applications PMO & Release Mgmt and is part of the Enterprise Applications PMO & Release Mgmt Team and will be an on-site role in Poland (Krakow or Warszawa).

Staff Technical Project Manager, EA Release Management

What you will do:

Release Planning and Scheduling - including instance management: Defining the scope, content, and schedule of releases.

Coordination Across Teams: Collaborating with i.e. Project managers, Developers, QA, Operations, and Business teams to ensure all components of a release are aligned and ready.

Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks that could impact release success.

Change Management: Ensuring changes go through proper approvals and comply with change management processes before deployment.

Communication & Reporting: Keeping stakeholders informed of release status, issues, and timelines. Manage reporting and recurrent mechanisms.

Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of release contents, plans, actions, decissions and post-release outcomes.

Who you are:

Experience in Release Management of software and system deployments.

Excellent in planning, stakeholder management and communications across multiple teams.

Have good knowledge of System Change Management processes.

Skilled in Risk management and familiar with processes and tools.

Capabilities to lead with integrity.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

ITIL training and knowlege in Service Now and JIRA.

Project management.

Experience in IT Compliance and Good Documentation Practice.
