**Minimum qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 8 years of experience in program management.
+ 8 years of experience in SoC development and production.
+ Experience in the Silicon Development Process (e.g., System on Chip- SOC, Silicon Design, Integrated Circuits- ICs, etc.).
**Preferred qualifications:**
+ 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
+ Experience with optimizing silicon design, software/system debug/integration, exposure to power and performance.
+ Understanding various teams and stakeholders involved in Silicon Development and Software Commercializations.
+ Ability to effectively communicate and influence across a range of executive, technical, and cross-functional audiences.
+ Ability to develop in-depth understanding of issues quickly and triage and drive issue resolution across multi-functional teams.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. **Responsibilities:**
+ Help drive alignment on silicon/device performance goals and roadmap across cross-functional silicon, architecture and Pixel hardware and software teams.
+ Define the scope of projects, focused tracking, organizing and reporting of program risks and timelines.
+ Drive power and performance features convergence across Silicon, Systems, and Software, to optimize customer experience for the best power efficiency and performance.
+ Extract executive summaries and effectively communicate resolution options on multi-functional, and complex issues and overall performance.
