We have:● An opportunity for you to influence the experimentation program at Intuit● An opportunity for you to enable innovation across Intuit with your contributions tothe experimentation platform● An opportunity to work with the latest technology and frameworks.● An opportunity to work with a collaborative, customer-obsessed, and diverseengineering team **What you'll bring** You have:● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or arelated quantitative field, or equivalent work experience.● 6+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience applyingquantitative and scientific methods to solve real-world business problems.● Advanced experience in statistical analysis, test design, and experimentation.● Proven ability to analyze large, complex datasets.● Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, QuickSight, Looker), and scripting languages (Python, R).● Strong data storytelling skills, with the ability to construct impactful visualizations, communicate insights, and influence leadership.● A proactive and results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with ambiguity. **How you will lead** ● Design and develop reliable, scalable, and maintainable services and tools.● Write clean and performant code.● Mentor engineers on the team to produce high quality code with code reviews and learning sessions.● Collaborate with your teammates, designers, and stakeholders to deliver features and solutions that add business value and delight our customers.
