Overview The AP Travel & Expenses Staff is responsible for processing in the system all the expense claim reimbursements to employees and auditing expense reports for compliance with the agency and client policies. Responsibilities Expense Processing & Compliance Ensure accurate and timely travel and entertainment payable processing. Auditing all expense reports against Agency and Client Travel policies. Reject all expense claims that are not in compliance with Agency and Client policies. Communication & Follow-up Communicate all situations involving questionable data and payments to supervisor. Contact employees to follow up on expense report exceptions so that they are processed for payment within established turnaround time from the date of approval. Record Keeping & Documentation Keep accurate and complete exception logs with all processed expense claims. System Support & Assistance Provide Altair system support when required by the employee. Qualifications Education Initial studies in related fields such as Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. Experience At least one year in similar position in a multinational organization. Skills Upper Intermediate English level, B2+ (oral and written).
