**Description:** **What We're Doing** Become a part of something IMPACT\-ful\! Ground Missile Defense \(GMD\) is the heart of the Missile Defense System and a key element of our nation’s defense against ballistic missile attacks\. The GMD Weapon System \(GWS\) processes data from multiple sensors to identify and characterize the inbound ballistic missile threat, plans the best defensive solution, and launches the intercepting missiles to negate the threat\. **The Work** The selected candidate will perform testing support at NG hardware in the loop test venues, Government hardware in the loop test venues, and at fielded/operational sites for Ground Based Midcourse Defense \(GMD\) Weapon System \(GWS\) assets\. Testing will include Flight, Ground, and Cyber Test Events to integrate GWS with the GMD Element and Missile Defense System \(MDS\) in both Missile Defense Agency \(MDA\) System Test Labs \(STLs\) and in fielded/operational locations\.
