As a Staff Software Engineer, within the Customer Solutions team, you will directly influence how our U.S. commercial organization manages accounts, deepens customer relationships, and accelerates growth. You’ll partner across the business to build Salesforce driven solutions that enhance our selling capabilities and elevate the customer experience.
**What You Will Do**
+ Partner with Customer Solutions teams to translate business needs into Salesforcebased solutions that improve account management and customer engagement.
+ Conductroot causeanalysis onuser reportedissues and implementtimely, scalable resolutions.
+ Analyze requirements for new features and document technical specifications to support development and governance.
+ Design, develop, andmaintaincustom software, database components, and automated testing code to support platform stability and code coverage goals.
+ Manage system changes throughsource coderepositories, ensuringaccurateversion control andproduction readydeployments.
+ Coordinate QA and UAT testing activities to verify andvalidatenew functionality before release.
+ Collaborate with Release Management, Technical Governance, and Change Advisory teams to ensure all solutions meet organizational, regulatory, and security standards.
+ Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to understand core processes, drive adoption, and enhance solution effectiveness.
**What You Will Need**
**Required**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, ora related field.
+ Minimum 4 years of Software Engineering experience.
+ Minimum 2 years of Salesforce development experience.
+ Proficiencyin anobject orientedprogramming language (C#, Java, or similar).
**Preferred**
+ Experience withcloud basedor enterprise SaaS software development.
+ Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PDI)or SalesforceCertified Platform Developer II (PDII) certifications.
+ Salesforce Administrator Certification.
+ Experience with Oracle CPQ.
$102,600.00 - $222,300.00 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
